The Sagra de Sardòn returns to San Savino di Montescudo-Monte Colombo with its tenth edition: two evenings dedicated to seafood cuisine, traditional recipes from Romagna, and the pleasure of dining together.

In the parish sports field, dishes are prepared by hand by the village azdore, cooked and served at the moment: fish strozzapreti, seafood kebabs, sardòn with radicchio and Tropea onion, marinated or fried. Flavours linked to the popular tradition of Romagna, to that village cuisine that still passes through expert hands, slow times and simple ingredients.

Alongside the food stands, there will be music, in a festive atmosphere that for ten years has been attracting families, groups of friends, the curious, and visitors to the hinterland of Romagna.

The Sagra de Sardòn takes place on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon and evening, organised by the E Poz d'la Piva Association with the patronage of the Municipality of Montescudo - Monte Colombo.
